Hotel status

Soon our hotel will be reopened. We are looking forward to your arrival.

We invite you to go through our new proposals for package stays, we have prepared them specially for you at both our Hotels Senacki and Kossak https://hotelkossak.pl/en/ . All packages can be found on the website of the selected hotel.

Hotel security

In order to ensure health safety during the Guests' stay, we have developed our own procedures and implemented those to which we are obliged by law and which are to protect the health of you and our employees. They include:

• Simplified check-in and check-out process.

• Maintaining a legally required distance between guests and hotel employees at the reception and all public areas.

• Preparing and sanitizing rooms by ozoning- on request.

• Cleaning services provided every 2 days during the Guests' stay.

• Enhancement of hygiene procedures using disinfectants when cleaning rooms and public areas.

• Resignation from distribution of the press and paper information materials in public areas.
